Initial Meeting
The initial meeting serves to exchange information on both sides and to get to know each other.
Project staffing
The project is advertised internally in the association, whereupon all members can apply for it. With regard to professional competence and project experience, a project team is built that is optimally suited for the given challenge.
Offer preparation
After the project team has been appointed and examined the problem, it will prepare an offer. If the offer meets your expectations and requirements, all legal and contractual formalities are laid down in a project contract.
Project execution
A GbR is established for the duration of the project. The project team is supported by the internal department for process management in the form of a controller during the entire implementation. Of course, feedback loops and interim reports are planned in order to achieve an optimal result of the project through an interative approach and close cooperation.
Project Conclusion
After successful project completion, the project team presents its results. We answer any further questions you may have after the project has been completed, and we will be available for follow-up projects if the situation arises.
