…does not exist. The Junior Consulting Team thrives on its interdisciplinarity.

Accordingly, we make sure to expand our portfolio with members from different disciplines. Starting with psychology and educational sciences, economics, to natural sciences and computer science, a multitude of different courses of study are represented.

Our quality standards are independent of study progress. Accordingly, both undergraduate and graduate students can be found at JCT. This mixture of different personalities promotes internal exchange, the quality of our work, and most importantly, the development of new ideas and approaches. We are united by our commitment to performance.

OUR DNA

In order to be able to guarantee a high level of motivation, commitment and know-how, every interested party undergoes an elaborate admission process.

Selected applicants are invited to a one-day assessment center, where they have to demonstrate their skills. If they complete their assessment day successfully, the candidates start a six-month trainee phase. During the trainee phase, the trainees carry out an internal consulting project while being trained in numerous areas. Extensive evaluation of the conceptual and professional quality of work ensures an above-average performance of our consultants in all subsequent projects.
